Day 01:- Arrive at New Delhi
North India Hindu Pilgrimage Tour begins with arrival at New Delhi, where you will be received by one of the Indian Horizons representative and transferred you to the pre-booked hotel. After some rest enjoy the sightseeing tour of Delhi which includes places like Chandni Chowk, Jantar Mantar, Humayun’s Tomb, Birla Mandir, Lotus Temple, India Gate, etc. If you are at Delhi then don’t miss shopping at its various famous shopping avenues like Sarojini Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Greater Kailash etc. Lanes of Delhi is equally famous for their street foods so just don’t miss it. Day 02:-New Delhi- Lucknow- Ayodhya
Next morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Airport to board a flight for Lucknow and then start your further journey towards Ayodhya which is 135 Km from Lucknow. Upon arrival, check into the pre-booked hotel and take some rest. The ancient city of Ayodhya is known to be the birth place of Lord Ram. It is located on the banks of river Saryu and was the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Kosala. Visit the famous attractions of Ayodhya like Moti Mahal, Hanuman Grahi, Kanak Bhawan etc. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03:- Ayodhya Sightseeing
Next day early in the morning visit the Ram Janambhoomi Temple which is the major attraction of Ayodhya. Then visit the ancient temple Treta Ke Thakur, Guptar Ghat, Gulab Bari, Nageswarnath Temple etc. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04:- Ayodhya –Allahabad
Next morning after enjoying delicious breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed towards another famous religious site of North India, Allahabad. This is one of the sites of Kumbh Mela a religious festival of great importance. Upon arrival, check into the pre-booked hotel and take some rest. Later on, visit the Jawahar Planetarium, Swaraj Bhawan, Allahabad Museum etc. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 05:- Allahabad Sightseeing
Next day early in the morning take a holy bath at the confluence of sacred rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. This place is called Prayag and is among the highly revered places for Hindus. Later on, visit the other major attractions of the city like Khusro Bagh, Allahabad Fort, Someshwar Mahadev Temple, Anand Bhawan, Bharadwaj Ashram, Patalpuri Temple etc. After enjoying the whole day return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06:- Allahabad- Varanasi
Next day after breakfast proceed towards Varanasi which is situated at a distance of 125 K from Allahabad. Upon arrival, check into the pre-booked hotel and take some and freshen up. Later on, proceed for an excursion trip to Sarnath the place where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. Drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 07:- Varanasi Sightseeing
Next day early in the morning enjoy a boat ride in River Ganga during the sunrise. Take a dip at the bathing ghats of Varanasi and return back to the hotel for breakfast. Later on, explore the other major attractions of Varanasi such as Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Banaras Hindu University, Bharat Mata Mandir, Tulsi Temple, Assi Ghat, Dashaswamedh Ghat, Manikarnika Ghat Ramnagar Fort etc. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 08:- Varanasi- New Delhi- Mathura
Next day after breakfast check out from the hotel to board a flight to New Delhi. Upon arrival, proceed towards Mathura and check into the pre-booked hotel and take some rest. Mathura is the sacred city situated in Uttar Pradesh where Lord Krishna is said to be born. After some rest enjoy the major attractions of it which include Krishna Janma Bhoomi Mandir, Dwarkadhish Temple, Mathura Museum, Radha Kund, Kusum Sarovar Govardhan Hill etc. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 09:- Mathura- Vrindavan- Gokul Govardhan- Mathura
Next morning after breakfast visit all the places of interest located nearby Mathura. Visit the Vrindavan which is a famous Hindu pilgrimage where Lord Krishna frolicking with gopies and wooed Radha. There are plenty of temples located in Vrindavan like Banke Bihari Temple, Prem Mandir, Radha Ramana, Govind Dev Temple, Keshi Ghat, Shahji Temple etc. After enjoying the whole day return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 10:- Mathura- Haridwar
After morning breakfast drive towards Haridwar which is situated at a distance of 276 Km from Mathura. Upon arrival, check into the pre-booked hotel and take some rest. In the evening visit the ‘Har Ki Pauri”, the famous ghat of Haridwar to enjoy the spectacular Ganga Aarti which is the major attraction of Haridwar. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 11:- Hardwar- Rishikesh
Next day early in the morning take a dip at sacred Ganga at Har Ki Pauri and then visit its other major attractions like Mansa Devi Temple, Rajaji National Park, Daksheswara Mahadev Temple etc. Later drive towards Rishikesh and upon arrival check into the pre-booked hotel.
Day 12:- Rishikesh- New Delhi
On the last day of North India Hindu Pilgrimage Tour explore the striking attractions of Rishikesh which include Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple etc. After lunch proceed for return journey towards New Delhi.
